Communication is always influenced by the cultures in which we live and work. This goes above the boundaries of national culture. Cultures are different from each other and so are people, depending on their cultural influences. Consequently, this becomes evident in different expectations towards work processes and cooperation.
SIDEKICK Training & Coaching makes these expectations visible and shows how international employees can communicate more effectively and improve cooperation in international work contexts. The training and coaching services help employees deal with frustrations and uncertainties in everyday work, manage possible intercultural conflict and to deal with stressful situations that hinder their work progress.
