My approach
Values that influence my style of work
Practical approach
I link research findings and theoretical approaches of intercultural communication to the everyday work context thereby providing practical solutions. The theoretical background is the foundation on which participants will try out new behavioural approaches.
Responsibility
My role as a trainer and consultant is to take responsibility for the process as well as empower my clients to take responsibility for their own change.
Reliability and transparency
Fundamental aspects of my services include reliable completion of tasks, discretion and transparency of processes.
Quality
I guarantee sound, experience-based methods, evidence-based training designs and a commitment to further education as well as exchange with other experts in order to improve my services constantly.
Flexibility and innovation
The individual needs of my clients are important to me. I like to develop new concepts that meet your needs and at the same time are consistent with high quality training approaches. What doesn’t exist yet, will be developed.
Personal communication
Clear communication about needs assessment and training goals are necessary for good outcomes, but require a lot of engagement and time investment on both sides before the actual training. I am happy if you can take that time.
Efficiency & lasting results
In terms of intercultural communication skills there is seldom a “quick and easy” solution. Some processes take longer and this is exactly what makes them efficient and sustainable. Hence, continuing on-the-job training or individual coaching can make the difference here.
